Great customer service - ordered a set of HCR32 coilovers which did not state the spring rates. Upon installation, I have found out that they are 10kg/8kg which is too stiff for me. I reached out to Hakon and they were able to ship out a set of softer springs immediately. The Coilovers themselves appear to be good quality and I can definitely feel the damping is very well-tuned despite the high spring-rates.
