Dissatisfied with service!!!! I purchased two pairs of glasses with exactly the same prescription and lenses in both. I am now seeing numbers in one of the four lenses only to be told it is ok and I’ll have to keep them. Although staff insisted the numbers are suppose to be there on all four lenses however they could not explain why I can only see them in one lens. I have been a loyal customer of peterborough’s hakim for many many years. I particularly was always pleased with their customer service and how they serviced their products … until now. My most recent purchase experience did not measure up. My glasses had to be brought in numerous times for readjustments and problems, then last week one of the arms snapped in half.
