Expensive and cant repair glasses that other places can.
Absolute nightmare of an experience and incredibly rude staff. Will not be supporting this location ever again and strongly advise anyone else against doing so either.
Staff are nice but not overly helpful (eg other stores have the staff offer suggestions, help you pick a frame). Quality is garbage. Had two pairs break within a year. Replacement the first time took 6 weeks and communication was terrible. I had to keep calling to ask what was happening. I’ll be going elsewhere. Not even going to bother taking these frames in to be fixed a second time.
Prescription was not accurate. Worst glasses I ever had in 40 years!!!
