Rude older white lady working there. Honestly read the reviews people-please avoid getting your glasses here. Rude careless staff and terrible quality.
I arrived at the store a couple of days ago with my MIL. We waited patiently for the 2 minutes before 10:00 for the opening. A man arrived by car but was talking on his phone. He stepped between us without a word to us, unlocked the door and went in, not holding the door for us. We looked at each other and said, "how rude". We went in to look around. Nobody came to help us. Unbelievable!! They really didn't want to make a sale that day. We finally left without any service at all.
Went there guy handed me a box and said put the frames I like in it and then he went back into the back room on his phone.Then I was like umm he didn’t help me, it was awful customer service and service.So I took his little plastic box and put it on the counter and walked out. I will never go back there ever again. Best service ever and very helpful is Costco hands down the girls were so helpful 😊
Run!!! Do not get your glasses from Hakim. It's been a nightmare. Staff twist things around to make look like it's your fault u can't see out the new glasses or your glasses are falling apart. I have had better dollar store glasses. I got progressive lenses. I couldn't see out of them. Was dizzy headaches ended up getting vertical. The salesperson told me I must keep them on my face not to take them off (which I did). I would adjust. I recently had two frames break. Both within only a few months of wearing. Getting them repaired/replaced has been an incredibly slow and frustrating process.
