Terrible service. Optometrist/manager was dismissive, condescending, and flat out rude. Tried to get me to sign a document without full disclosure and was not forthcoming about products or pricing. I've worked in customer service for 25 years and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had.

Went to get glasses fixed there. Left my extremely expensive "Hakim" glasses case. When I went back to get glasses they took my case and said they couldn't find it.. Unbelieveable!!! They handed me a five away case and that was that.. Just unreal.. Ludicrous people to deal with. That's what you get for patronizing such ungrateful, snotty morons.. Never again!!!

Peterborough George St.....The man who helped us was great! WE bought 5 pairs of glasses....The younger woman working there is RUDE and disrespectful! ....She is a know it all ...who thinks she is the only one who who knows anything...and is not at all helpful! We have been wearing glasses longer then she has been alive.... and refuse to be disrespected .. ... stay away
