I just bought 2 pair. Prices are good. Lot to choose from , and great variety. The young lady there is very nice and helpful. I was very happy with the customer service.
I was into Hakim optical in Owen sound Ont in 2019,I had a great experience. I loved my frames so in 2025 I returned there to find out I could use my same frames. In 2019 I paid almost $3000.00 in 2025 $1500.00. Im not happy with this order at all not a canadian employee anymore. Leds don't fit my frame & my right arm is longer then my left arm on my frames. They really went above and beyond for me I love my glasses they really did a good thing for me.
The staff are undertrained in customer service, very rude especially one employee that should go back to school and learn how treat people, I am now stuck with miss matched glasses that took over 6 weeks to get the DM is absolutely useless very disappointed
