Excellent customer service and a very positive experience. Robyn was professional, polite, efficient and very helpful in helping me to pick out the right pair of glasses (their selection is huge). I received both pairs of glasses I ordered within a week or so of the initial order. They billed directly to my health benefits provider and gave me a great deal based on a promotion they were offering at the time. Overall, highly recommended.
where is your support to your customers during Covid? where are you? you got my money, and I am without prescription glasses. You dont care about your customers! pathetic service, no replies to email, calls, nothing!
Amazing service, quick delivery and affordable costs. Staff were so helpful and professional. I had some issues with the fit of my original pair of glasses and the staff at the Mic Mac Mall location were more than happy to help me find a new pair at no extra cost!! I will be buying my glasses here from now on, I encourage everyone to do the same! :)
