been here a few times the staff were disrespectful, and rude. i attempted to give them another chance because i like their glasses. but the few times i’ve came they’ve been closed in the middle of the day
What a great location! They have fantastic staff who are very polite and extremely willing to help! I've been there twice now for help with my glasses from another location but the second time i was there, Joshey was sooo extremely nice and over the moon helpful! I really appreciate what she did and will definitely be going there for my next set! I hope to deal with her when I come back because I know she will be more than helpful! Thank you Joshey for your immense helpfulness and excellent customer service! ❤️

What a terrible service! I took my sunglasses in to get it fixed, while one person was trying to tighten the screw in the back room. I was looking for another clear glasses, because I lost my clear prescription glasses, The teller said me “what ever you are trying to do don’t put it back we need to sanitize it” I understand you want to sanitize it. “ whatever you are trying to do.“ ???. this is not how you approach to a customer.
