Worst place. The owner is so rude!
I’ve been going here for a couple years now and have been disappointed the last few times I’ve gotten my nails done. Most of the great nail techs like Julia and Lucy have left. I’ve had different girls each time I’ve gone the last few months and have left not feeling happy about my nails. Last time I had a basic shellac manicure done, I showed a photo of what I wanted and the girl still cut my nails too short. I have been coming to this salon and seeing Kim for over two and a half years now, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Every single month, I genuinely look forward to my appointment. Kim is the definition of a professional. She is incredibly accommodating, deeply respectful, and takes such amazing care of me and my nails every time I sit in her chair. This is definitely my go to salon. Kim always does my nails and always a beautiful job. The salon is very nice and always very clean. I would definitely recommend Hakim Nail Boutique. Thank you to Kim and all the ladies in the salon.
I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. In my experience, Kim, the owner, was very unprofessional and spoke to customers in a harsh and abrupt manner. I had read other reviews mentioning that she can be rude or even yell at customers, and based on what I experienced, those concerns felt accurate. The business also seemed disorganized, which made the overall experience stressful rather than relaxing. I would not feel comfortable returning or recommending this salon.
