Edward was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and responsive to all questions that I had. During the final walkthrough a few repairs and/or issues were identified. Beautiful homes
Our home buying experience was pleasant with Hakes Brothers, but once keys were handed over and we moved in, naturally we found several things that needed to be fixed…but we did not expect to have such an on going list of things that needed to be addressed after we had settled into our home. Understanding that Covid-19 and many other obstacles that made the road for home buyers and home builders so difficult, doesn’t mean that most of these issues in these homes should have occurred. My home buying experience began similarly to the other reviews. I believe that Hakes Bros put their trust in the wrong people when it came to making sure the houses in this development were completed satisfactorily, and it took too long for them to find a remedy. I had a long list of items that needed to be fixed after closing, and it took a 8 months for everything to get resolved.
