I was referred by a good friend who said the prices were fair. I was charged $360 for 2 ball joints that cost $40 each, that's a 350% markup!! I understand markups to make the business money but overall nearly $1k to repair something as simple as ball joints is a bit outrageous... I won't be coming back. Consider an affordable mechanic before thinking about coming here.
