I've never had to write a negative critical review about a Doctor in my life before this guy. Dr. Hak Wong is not only the worst Doctor I've ever encountered, but he's up there as one of the worst human beings I've encountered. The guy has zero class or manners. He shouts when he talks and when he's talking he's demeaning, bullying and rude to you. He also sends his patients to collections even when they have no bill. Don't take my word for it. Absolutely the worst Doctor I have ever had. Waited in the exam room for 30 minutes all the while listening to Dr. Wong berate his staff. Finally came in and asked me what the problem was. I said I think I sprained my ankle. He grabs my foot, jerks it and says does that hurt? "Hell yes it hurts" and he says, "yes, it's sprained". I now see Dr. Mizurette in the same office and she is wonderful.

Rude and unprofessional. Every time I called him he response very rudely he never listen us and cut the phone before I complete my words. As a doctor it is very inhuman and unprofessional.
