I found the team to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciate the time they took to help me with a problem (not at all related to their product or services) when they could've easily declined. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Good products however I simply can’t overlook the unprofessionalism of their delivery man, EO. He was very rude and used racial slurs against us. I don’t understand how such a well organized company could have someone so unprofessional and disrespectful representing their name
