They have gone down hill. I have lived in one of their properties for three years and they really can't follow up on any issue to save their life. While I can say they maintain the building well and are trying to be better, their office staff need to take a hard look at themselves. Reporting problems and getting follow up is a complete headache.
This company has been exceeding my expectations for over a year now. I know I can depend on them through all sorts of little problems. From tenant placement to repairs and maintenance, they have got things covered.
They have done a wonderful job with my home and have maintained it in very good condition. That was reflected at a current sale of that property. I appreciate all their work and will look to them in the future if I ever nee property management again, which Im sure I will.
