Had mouse and cockroach problems at my apartment #23 owned by HAJJAR at 56 Brighton Avenue in Allston. The management, supposedly run by a "Michael Weafer," baited my apartment with mouse poison and ended up KILLING MY YOUNG COCKER SPANIEL, FRANKIE when my boy ate the poison. Frankie became PARALYZED from the waist down, and we had to PUT HIM TO SLEEP. He was only SEVEN YEARS OLD. This management company doesn’t care about its tenants. We’re dealing with construction noise, unsafe conditions, and complete neglect. The back door doesn’t even lock anymore, leaving everyone in the building vulnerable. Management has been told about this repeatedly and hasn’t lifted a finger to fix it. It’s clear they’re just here to collect rent and do the bare minimum—or less. Don’t make the mistake of trusting them with your home.
