This was honestly the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, and they clearly don’t care about their customers at all. The haircut I got was completely messed up — uneven, sloppy, and nothing like what I asked for. When I tried to explain my concerns, the customer service was even worse. They were dismissive, arrogant, and made me feel like I was the problem. If you value your money, your time, and your hair, please do not go here.
