Charging 50% for not canceling within 24 hours is outrageous. I was a long time customer but I don’t think I’ll do business here anymore. Too many other options for a guy to get a cut without having to worry about a frivolous charge when needing to reschedule. This signals to your customers, “we don’t care about you”. Nice job, hair brains.
I went to Hairzoo twice to see Emily. The first time she did french braids and they looked so good, plus i was in and out ! the result didn’t looked rushed at all and she was super nice ! The second time she did a cut. It looked really good and made sure i liked it before i left. I look forward to returning to her for some highlights !
