why did the hairzoo on empire close so fast, without any notice to customers, or gift card holders? how do i get my money back on the unused gift card balance????????

Sad owner is so non caring and will not try to make a new client happy right before closing selling all her Hairzoo salons.....over charged for color service not happy with. Just shows avariciousness.
Update. We had our haircuts today with Gabby and it was amazing service. Highly recommend this stylist. Definitely changing rating from 1 start to 5. Thank you for great conversation and recommendation. Stylist Kayre never showed up for scheduled appointment ( not a walk in but pre scheduled). First we were told she is running late which is perfectly fine, then the other stylist couldn't reach her she wasn't answering her phone. After waiting for 30 min. I had to reschedule for next day.
