Before going to Hairygem, my hair was botched and incredibly damaged. I believed my hair was beyond repair. However, on September 1st, I had a consultation with Gemma. Gemma has consistently done a great job of cutting my hair over the last year! She understands and listens when I want to keep some length but still makes it look polished. It is such a luxury to know that every session with Gemma is an appointment I look forward to. I have never left without looking and feeling 20 years younger (30 on a great day). No one else has touched my hair for over a decade. I literally fly to Cali from Idaho to keep my appointments because her work is so on point.
