Called there to inquire about getting my cats nails trimmed and asked if I needed an appointment and was told no, so I said “ok, I’ll bring him right over”. When I got there I was told, oh, she can’t do it right now but you can bring him back at 5:30. (This was at 4:00) I had just called 10 minutes prior and said I was bringing him over and she said ok! Wasted trip, won’t be going back there again. No common sense!

Training here was a joke. After 3 classes with our pup we never came back. Place smells like dog urine horribly. I dont approve of their training techniques sadly, really nice staff though, with the exception of the receptionist. But not sure if shes still there.
I started my pup in training at 9 weeks old, he was the youngest out of the group and he did fantastic!!! The trainers were so great with us and worked with each individuals needs. Training a dog is not just done in the one hour you are there, you have to put in your own work outside of the class. Personally if you didn’t get what you wanted out of the class itself it’s our own fault. That’s why it’s called homework!!
