Called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered immediately acted annoyed I called. Informed me their next appointment was 2 weeks out (which I expected and was fine with by the way) and I asked for Saturday availability and was told there was no Saturday availability that week and provided no additional dates. Tried to do a walk in with my son which they don’t do. That’s totally fine but the front desk lady was not friendly at all. Won’t be back to try again.

Have been to the O’Fallon location 3 times. We’ve had decent experiences. It has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment, they rarely answer the phone-and don’t return messages. When you do get to talk to someone they are rude. We found another kids salon we will be going to from now on that is way more pleasant to work with. What a shame. Seems like this business doesn’t need customers.

I loved this place as a kid I recommend it to everyone. I would say its good for anyone whos kids might not like to sit still as the ability to wach movies can help them sit still.
