I called to ask a basic question, and the RUDE woman who answered the phone only said "how can i help you?" not even saying where I called or who I was speaking with. So I asked where I was calling, and she told me, and I asked where they were located, and she repeated the "how can i help you?" not even bothering to tell me where they were located. This display of customer service is very very poor, and I would never recommend this salon!!
