Do not recommend. Chopped my hair too short in such a short time. I walked in to talk through the process with photos and a drawing, but the owner was so quick to get me in a chair and get my hair off. For the short time that we did talk, I do not think she heard me. I told her my curly hair needs several extra inches because it shrinks. It was shockingly fast how she went to cut off all my years of hair growth. My curls are so difficult to live with and style.
