Do not recommend. Chopped my hair too short in such a short time. I walked in to talk through the process with photos and a drawing, but the owner was so quick to get me in a chair and get my hair off. For the short time that we did talk, I do not think she heard me. I told her my curly hair needs several extra inches because it shrinks. It was shockingly fast how she went to cut off all my years of hair growth. My curls are so difficult to live with and style. Sue and Di have been cutting/colouring my hair for years. My husband was insistent on going to a traditional barber until an unfortunate "eyebrow incident", then I finally convinced him to go to Hairways where he'd get a hair cut we both like...

I have been getting my haircut at Hairways for around 10 years. I used to live in Brantford, but now I live in Simcoe. It says something when I am willing drive from Simcoe to Brantford and back, in order to sit in Diana's or Suzy's chair!
