Called to book, Jennifer answered. Identified myself, told her my hair dresser retired and had referred her to me, and I'd like an appointment. She hand the phone to someone else without a word. Puzzled, but I told the new person the same thing. She asks if I want an appointment, I said yes, with Jennifer. She pauses then says "she says she doesn't do men's hair". She couldn't say that herself? 🙄

I wanted to love this place… but I will honestly never be back. The ladies were nice when I walked in. The lady who did my hair seemed friendly but I didn’t feel it was sincere. She was very rough with my hair also seemed in a rush the whole time which I didn’t appreciate. These ladies have been working in the industry for a long time so they must be doing something right. I would not recommend getting color though, I left unhappy and booked a hair color appointment for the next day somewhere else.

First time here. Carol did a great job with my hair. I now have a hair lady . I don't usually care for anyone to have ✂ near my head and i trust Carol's skill completely . love the new cut
