I showed a picture to the hair stylist (Tobi) of what I wanted(platinum blonde), it was my own picture, she said no problem, I asked how much? she said $200, I came back and she's started putting all kinds of stuff on my hair, and left it YELLOW, so she said come back in two days and she'll fix it, this job it's not even half done, and came back to get it fix,tobi called in sick, the owner (sussane),takes over, she's starts to put stuff on me and their colors (cromatics) aren't working, she even leaves some part of my hair p... read more

I went for a haircut for my four y/o with my 18month old b/c I didn't have a choice. Absolutely not kid-friendly, another hair stylist said that my 18 month old was distracting her by turning the chair that wasn't being used. She wasn't touching anything else at the station and the chair was keeping her occupied. My hair stylist didn't ask me if I wanted my daughter's hair blown dried and didn't show me her hair before french braiding. Terrible, Terrible experience and won't be back.
