As someone with thick, bleached hair, finding a skilled hairstylist while traveling in Vancouver has always been a challenge. However, Kennedy delivered an exceptional blowout. The hair wash was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and he took his time to ensure my hair looked fantastic. I highly recommend him! Thank you, Kennedy!

I came to get my hair dyed for the first time and had an amazing experience. Dave did such an amazing job with dyeing and cutting my hair, he was really nice and was very informative. Everyone at the salon was really helpful and kind. I absolutely love how my hair turned out and would recommend Hairtell to anyone who wants to get their hair done.

Obsessed with this place. I definitely found one of the best hair colour spots. To be honest, the work they do is really above expectations. They exactly know what they are doing. I am amazed by their experience and the effort they put. Definitely recommend this place.

Appointment with Dave I found Hairtell Salon on TikTok and booked an appointment with Dave for a cut and color. I was charged $486 (paid $510 because I felt pressured to tip), and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. From the start, the service was unprofessional. I arrived at 9.04am, but Dave didn’t begin until 9:40am because he was chatting with another client. Throughout my 3-hour appointment, he frequently left me mid-service to talk to others.
