I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt given these reviewers responses, but I see why you April have a 2.9 review, really you should be out of business. You have terrible customer service!

I visited one time recently and that was it for me. My daughter came in with me and the from the moment we walked in, the lady was watching us as if we were going to steal. Mind you, this place is small and whatever steps we took, the lady was right there watching. This place is also extremely expensive, I rather drive to the beauty store on Bruce B Downs as they have such a large selection of products and they are priced reasonably.

I don’t even live in Zephyrhills but if I did and this was my only hair store option I’d be upset. #1 The times open displayed online and at the store are inaccurate they open/ close whenever they feel like it
