I visited one time recently and that was it for me. My daughter came in with me and the from the moment we walked in, the lady was watching us as if we were going to steal. Mind you, this place is small and whatever steps we took, the lady was right there watching. This place is also extremely expensive, I rather drive to the beauty store on Bruce B Downs as they have such a large selection of products and they are priced reasonably.

I don’t even live in Zephyrhills but if I did and this was my only hair store option I’d be upset. #1 The times open displayed online and at the store are inaccurate they open/ close whenever they feel like it

I came across this store in my area was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by the owner. Being watched from the moment I stepped through the door. The product selection is minimal. The goal was to support local black owned business but the way I was treated as if I was stealing from the store, I ultimately decided not to purchase anything and leave. Please read the concerns of the public for the betterment of your business and community that would love to support you.

My experience has been like many of the other reviews out here! Like others have stated my intent was to support a black business , April the owner has ruined that for me. She isn't friendly at all , she doesn't lead with kindness or professionalism which is why it's so difficult to support her . Not only she is she not helpful , but she follows you through the store as if she's anticipating you're going to steal.
