The owner is extremely unfriendly and follows you around like she thinks you are stealing, she is very unhelpful and will let you buy things that are broken or opened without checking them first, when I informed her that and I almost broken before buying it, she said that she was glad I noticed before I walked out of the store because they have no return or exchange policy. This business needs to update their opening time. This is the second time I go there and they are not open and it 2 hours before closing time. Just frustrated because as a black woman I want to support a beauty supply store owned by a black woman...but I guess I am heading to New tampa. I am definitely not wasting my time to come here again.

This store is one the best wig stores to order from. I live in North Carolina and wasn't able to locate a certain wig and they had it in stock. Not only was my order easy to buy, but it came within the same week. I am super impressed by the wig I bought and I will let people know to order here!
