Ruthie is the best no question about it she does most of the styles that I asked for and delivers excellent work every time.
I am extremely happy with my visit with Ruthie B!!! She takes the time to do a thorough consultation, and she gave me several options that suited my hair care needs. She is full of enthusiasm, which makes me even happier to be in her chair! You can see a definite love for her craft. Please consider her for your hair care... you won't be disappointed!
