Very unprofessional experience. I came in for my blonde root appointment and was already sitting in the chair , about to start the service, when I was suddenly told I had to leave because an employee claimed I had “threatened” her. This is completely false. Despite that, they still kicked me out without even asking my side of the story. It was embarrassing and a complete waste of my time.
