Personally, the lady that cut/colored my hair seemed like a great person. Professionally, well...I'll let the pictures do the talking. I asked for the top to be colored blond to match the bottom. Basically a root job. Since I'm looking at a whole lot of my roots here and I can very much see the old line where brown meets blond, I'm very certain that's not at all what I got.
