Great place for mature adults to wine, dine, & dance. – Hairston's is a great place. My wife and I visit the Atlanta area about twice a year from out-of-town and we always make it to Hairston's while we're there. We were there this past Friday, November 20, 2009 and we had a blast!!!!! Good food, good music, good atmosphere.....no young goons, thugs, or hoochie-momas being disrespectful and rude. Horrible Dance Floor – Dance floor has 12" wood floor tiles with exposed seams. It is dangerous to dance because it is a tripping hazzard. Also, it is very small.

PETTY!!! WING DING SNAFU – When we arrived we ordered drinks and appetizers. We ordered the chicken wings. We wanted half barbecue and half plain. The waitress brought us all barbecue chicken wings. Well, we told her what we ordered. She agreed the order was wrong and she would see what she could do and left. She came back and asked us to give her ten chicken wings back, and she would bring us ten plain wings. Now how ridiculous is that. Mind you, we had already started eating the wings. STAY FAR FAR AWAY – My sister came into town for her 40th birthday. So I decided to started the festivities at this horrible so called up scale club. So we came on August 5th, which was a wednesday (ladies night). They advertise ladies get in free all night. So we arrived and was stopped at the door to pay 15 dollars. GREAT NIGHT!!! – I was at the Michael Baised after party last night and I had the best time ever> The lines started early and we were so luck to get in by 7. The place was packed by 7:30 and it was jumping!!! NICE SPOT!!!! – I stopped by Hairston's on Friday, June 19, 2009. I arrived about 630, the crowd was just beginning to filter in. I had the opportunity to hear Mr. George Fraser give an awe inspiring and motivating speech. I ordered a chicken and shrimp dinner, the chicken and shrimp were quite tatsty, eventhough the meal only provided 3 small shrimp. The crowd seemed to be of the local flavor, 30 and up, no rah rah!! Grown Folk FUN!! – If you are looking for fun for grown folks, than Hairston's is the place, especially on Sundays. It's more of a club setting than a restaurant, but Happy Hour is pretty easy going. After Happy Hour is over, the place is jumping!
WE HAD A GREAT TIME – WHAT A NICE ESTABLISHMENT, THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD TOO.
