I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this salon today. I booked an 11:00 AM appointment, arrived on time, and was not even properly greeted at the door. Eventually, a staff member casually asked who I was there to see, looked around the corner, and simply informed me the stylist was still busy. No apology was offered, and no timeline was given. I recently got a haircut here and unfortunately was very disappointed with the final result. I felt that not enough attention was given to the haircut. My hair is straight and I asked for a shorter cut with face-framing layers, but the final shape felt uneven and difficult to style. There was even a section of hair that appeared to have been missed during the haircut.
