Went today dealt with Erica. She was great!!!! We had gone somewhere else this morning and my son's haircut was horrible, she fixed his hair to what he wanted. Both Erica and the other gentleman that was there was very friendly. I would highly recommend.
some of the people were very rude,do not know how to talk to people,they are in the wrong field.I would never never recommend american general in carpentersville to no one!! (enter at your own risk)
