Yesterday was my first time seeing Mrs. Sandy. I was extremely nervous when I arrived for my appointment. I've had some bad experiences when it comes to my hair. Mrs. Sandy reassured me that I was in good hands and not to worry. She looked over my hair and we discussed a plan of action.
