I came to this location because I had a Groupon for a haircut, blow dry, and style for $40 that was gifted to me by my mother when I was going through a hard time. When I called to make the appointment, I mentioned the Groupon and had to provide my credit card information so that “if I cancel, I will be charged.” That was red flag number 1. Red flag number 2 is that when I arrived at the location, I was immediately told that I would be charged extra because of my long hair.
