I’ve been coming here for a while due to convenience and efficiency, but during my most recent visit, my hair was not done well. I should start by saying at the very beginning of my appointment, a mother and daughter had come in to the salon very angry with a silk press her daughter had been given the day prior, and upon viewing it myself, I can say I 100% understand why the mother was upset, her daughters hair looked like it hadn’t even been blow dried.
