The reason for this review is actually my most recent order which was shipped to Europe. There were a few issues with customs during the import process, but none of them had anything to do with HPWH. What really deserves to be highlighted here is HPWH’s absolutely outstanding customer support. They immediately reached out to help resolve the issue, with an extremely fast response time – even on the weekend! Shipping was super quick as well, especially considering it was outside the US. Been using Hairpiece Warehouse for both custom and stock hairpieces for over 5 years. The office is so helpful and I have had wonderful luck with these units. Very happy with Hairpiece Warehouse.
