When Meka shows up, she does a great job. However on two occasions she has changed my appointment last minute or not showed up or forgot she made an appointment with me. I take my daughter to get braids and this time twists. However, when I texted Friday to confirm my appointment, she lied and said something came up and that she couldn't do it, but could do it Monday at 4 pm. When we arrived, no one was there.
