I think Ruth can read my mind. She seems to know what I want even though I don't express it well. Cut and foil highlights and lowlights have all been outstanding. And she's a fun nice person to talk to. Everyone seems to enjoy their work and customers there. The Hairoics booking and payment process works great. Every appointment has started on time. The little shop in the waiting area has such cute stuff. Very pleased!
Staff was nice my hair was soft but when I got home and went to style it myself I became aware that my hair was crooked by about a half an inch and my layers were very long and sticking out some places but very short in others and I had to go to my home salon and sit for one and a half hours and pay to get my hair fixed
I went to see to Lindsey Baldridge at hairoics for a facial and a Brazilian wax and it was amazing! First of all she is so sweet and she definitely knows what she was doing. The Brazilian wax didn’t even hurt and the facial was soo relaxing. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend Lindsey!!
Kim is amazing! Her blow out is out of this world. Love when she does my hair.
Had a haircut a few days ago. The woman greeted me very miserably and her coworker walked her down with me cheering her up(very miserable, I was going to walk out but I’m desperate on vacation. Had a skin fade and scissors on top, missed a lot once I saw the side and back of my head. I still tipped her 20% because I felt bad. Would not go back again next year.
