We liked both women attending to us, the hairstylist cutting our hair and the woman washing and conditioning our hair! Professionals Will definitely return here.
I love emmanuel and his staff they always receive you welcome they are so good with colors!!! I always get compliments about my roots and highlights!! If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for a trim and to cut 1/2 inch and the guy ended up cutting 3 inches and giving me layers. I am beyond upset and angry. my hair was pretty long before and now it’s to my shoulder.
Had a bad experience at this place. Explicitly ask for a charcoal/ashy color, pointed on the sample, but got dark brown- exactly what I didn't want to have! If you can't accommodate what the customer is asking than just say NO!
Emmanuel is Amazing with color-I totally trust him for all my color requests!
