Hair masters next to Fred meyer on 19th street FRANKIE , she took advantage of me I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, she charged me triple the price for less work done on my hair , and did a choppy job, over 500 dollars later I was unsatisfied, and I think she was high on something. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON
