I came in to get my hair done, and the owner walked in holding a huge cat like it was normal. No warning, no heads‑up, nothing — even though customers could easily have allergies. Completely unprofessional. The salon itself looks tired. Outdated furniture, messy décor, and a first impression that feels neglected. The stylists work hard, but they’re clearly overbooked and seem tense the moment the owner shows up. Their website paints a totally different picture. The real place doesn’t match the image at all.
I had such a wonderful experience today at Hair Masters here at Rockwood mall. My hairdresser Olesya and owner I believe,is awesome 🤩 I felt totally pampered . Had a delicious coffee with biscotti, a great scalp shampoo massage with treatment and cut and style. And to boot, they have a brand new service with “Olena Nails. I definitely recommend them. The whole staff was very friendly. Thank you for everything. Try them out.
