One employee trying to do it all. Felt bad for her but I was first in and she stuck me under a hair dryer with a deep conditioning. Supposed to be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I lifted the hood myself to turn it off. She had left me there while she waited one three other people. I did not feel valued at all. She did a rush job on my hair and went shorter than I asked. I will not return again.
I have been to more than one salon while living in Orlando. As are most females I too am very particular about my hair. I love Hairmasters. Sometimes I go in to get it cut and styled. Sometimes for color. I was in yesterday to get low lights and love it. I have had many compliments on my new look already. Ask for Stacie she is amazing.
I had a bad experience at another hair salon and came here to get it fixed with Nicole she was wonderful and very sweet recommend her to anyone my hair looks beautiful
The customer service is amazing but my hair isn't the color I asked for...it's more of a red but I picked out a dark purple....Unfortunately this means I'll have to redo it in a couple weeks because my hair doesn't hold red tones and turns brassy quickly.
