Ive been going to Hairmasters since 2003. This is the worst one I've been too. The master stylist I don't even know her name said I wouldn't wait more than a 1/2 hr and it was 40 minutes. I advised I was kinda in a rush as I was on my way out of town for a wedding. I said I'll come back another time but since said it wouldn't long I waited. Val cut my hair. I have a pixie with a side bang she gave me a normal bang, I told her I'm trying to grow my hair out and she just kept cutting. You know what gets me? She has short hair!... read more
Valencia is wonderful. I am very picky with my hair, and she did an amazing job. She even taught me a new way of styling without blowdrying!
