Went there at 9:08 asked for a hair cut, men's trim mind you that usually takes 15-20 min. The posted store hours are till 9:30 and they turned me away saying they were closed. As I was leaving so frustrated I told them they should probably change the web site hours then so people don't drive down expecting them to be open. They asked if I would like to schedule an appointment for the next day & I of course said no! I will NOT be going back to this location!

I love having my hair looked after by Karen Rush ( Fairwood) from start to finish whether it be color, cut, chatting about life, laughing till you cry....for nearly 9 yrs I have been coming to Hairmasters and Karen has my heart and loyalty. My hair is my pride and joy and Karen understands this which has resulted in years of compliments.
Hillary is wonderful. Great haircut, get conversation, and wonderful at suggestions for my next appointment when i come in to color. Yay!
