We went in at 10:30 in the morning to get my daughter's hair cut, we were given a 4:30 appointment and planned our day around the time we were given. When we showed up at 4:30 we were told it would be another 30-45 minutes. At 5 we were told it would be a lot longer, the stylist working was just starting to color someone's hair. No apologies given. If she was too busy to see us we would have appreciated being told that in the morning so we could have gone somewhere else.
