I have NEVER wanted to hit a person so badly as I did the person cutting my son's hair today - to tell a child who you were TOLD does not like clippers who is crying because he does not like the sensation that he's "making too big a deal over them" and "he's just crying for attention" is OUT OF LINE! I'm having to hold him still so you can cut his hair because you couldn't be bothered to use scissors when you were TOLD he doesn't like clippers and you disrespected both of us. I just went to this hair masters for a cut and highlight, not one client was in the whole place. I told them what I wanted they both looked at me said ok one lady walked away and the other kept playing on her phone. What a bunch of crap, put your phones away on company time!
