Kelli is who you want to ask for I like a good, cheap haircut since I can't afford much more than cheap. The problem is, more often than not, you get what you paid for. It's hard to get an up-to-date cut for a low price. I've gotten my hair cut by a few people who work at this Hair Masters, but the only person that had me walk away satisfied was Kelli.
