I was quite satisfied with the hair wash and haircut – the staff were gentle, and the cut followed my initial request well. However, the blow-drying part was a total disaster. My hair was dried in a way that made it stick out awkwardly, stiff and unflattering. I asked for a fix, and the shop owner did try to adjust it, but the end result was still far from acceptable. I had my haircut today at Hairloom J, and once again, I’m very happy with the service provided. This is my third visit, and after trying a few hairdressers in the area, I can confidently say that Hairloom J is the best. What makes it stand out: 1.
