Loved the service. I'll definitely recommend.
I was quite satisfied with the hair wash and haircut – the staff were gentle, and the cut followed my initial request well. However, the blow-drying part was a total disaster. My hair was dried in a way that made it stick out awkwardly, stiff and unflattering. I asked for a fix, and the shop owner did try to adjust it, but the end result was still far from acceptable.
