I would have been happier if Ms Mansfield communicated she did not know how to cut hair before destroying mine. I showed her a picture of what i had before, i went in with my hair to the middle of my shoulder blades and came out with SOME of the front at my chin and the back of it at the base of my neck...the yellow shirt is what she did and the black outfit is what i asked for. No excuses.
