I bought my 13 year old daughter in to her hair done and we were lucky enough to have the most amazing hairdresser, Ally, she was so thoughtful, excellent communication, super sweet to my daughter and did the most beautiful colour my daughter walked out so happy. We will be back to see Ally again thank you for such a wonderful experience ❤️
I went in to buy a 1-litre milk_shake Icy Blonde Shampoo. First I was told it wasn’t available, then I was asked to wait while they checked. I briefly saw the staff member holding a small size of the shampoo before the door was quickly shut. She then returned with a 1-litre bottle and kept cleaning it, saying it was dusty. While I was browsing other products, she continued cleaning the bottle, which felt unusual. What concerned me was that the shampoo outlet (around the opening) was completely purple!!!
