I took my daughter in for a haircut with layers. We were given a price upfront by the front desk, which we agreed to. During the appointment, the hairdresser advised that layers wouldn’t suit her and at the end she gave my daughter a standard haircut instead. At checkout, we were charged a higher price than quoted. When I questioned it, I was told the original quote was a “mistake”. Disappointing experience, both the service and pricing changed without clear communication.
The girls at this Hairhouse are the nicest and most helpful than at the other stores. Always love coming in and getting great advise and with a smile. Genuinely could go in every day.
This place absolutely DESTROYED my hair, i came in asking for a trim a layers and walked out with a bob cut (my hair was waist length) i do not recommend this place unless you want all youre hair gone.
