Ange was an absolute ray of sunshine! She took the time to really help us and went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for, even though it wasn’t on the shelf. In any other situation, I probably would’ve just walked away and tried somewhere else, but Ange made the whole experience so easy and genuinely cared about helping us. Such beautiful customer service and an absolute asset to Hairhouse Ringwood. Thank you, Ange! 🤍💖

I am highly disappointed with my experience here. I was charged full price for a product (L’Oral Metal Detox) only to get home and realize the packaging is clearly marked "NOT FOR SALE - FREE SAMPLE." Selling complimentary promotional items is completely unethical and deceptive. I will not be returning and highly recommend others check their items carefully before paying.
