Horrible experience with Morgan Skala. It took 8 HOURS to get highlights and lowlights, and my hair turned out nothing like I wanted or what we discussed in our consultation. I walked out very blonde for a brunette, and I had wanted a richer brunette look for winter, with some highlights to blend my grays, but no more highlights than I already had. Last month I contacted Hair Haus and asked for a balayage. I was referred to Lilly. When I contacted Lilly I was instructed to send her a picture of my current hair and an inspiration photo. I asked for a natural blonde balayage and layers. She said she would be happy to do it and seemed confident in achieving my hair goals. I had an awesome experience here thanks to Lily! She was very thorough in our consultation & We were able to talk into detail of what I wanted, which made me feel so much more confident in the chair. The other stylists are sweet & help eachother out if needed. The whole salon has a good vibe & the owner knows how to run a business. Lily the sweetest soul, she will always make sure you are comfortable or bring you snacks if needed! I would reccomend this place and Lily to anyone!
