Arrived on time for my appointment at 1.45 on a Friday afternoon. One customer and one hairdresser. I waited a half hour while she attended to the other customer and answered some phone calls before my hair was even looked at. Said I wanted it styled/layered. In 2minutes with a tiny pile of hair on the floor we were apparently all done and I was charged $127!!!!! Highway robbery in my humble opinion - disgraceful .
